In and around Queenstown and the Southern Lakes district, the Backcountry rivers are open for the season 2014/2015 which are full with beautiful Rainbow and Brown trout.
We have access to most rivers through permission from landowners and/or the Department of Conservation. We work with passionate local guides who have fished here for decades and know the rivers like the back of their hand. They offer a professional, personal, engaging and friendly service to make your day successful. Some of the River's on offer are : Lochy, Nevis, Dunstan Crk, Greenstone, Caples, Mararoa, Mavora Lakes just to name a few. We can take care of everything, guide, clothing and apparel, boots, rods, flies, licenses, permits and door to do.
Our Helicopters come with cargo pods to accommodate your gear with either our new MD500E or AS350B2, friendly local pilots for either half-day, full day or multi day experiences.
